Pricing
North Austin Sober Living membership is $850 per month, with a $200 nonrefundable move-in fee. The first month’s membership fee and move-in fee must be paid before admission. Future monthly membership fees are due on the same date each month.
The $850 monthly fee includes:
- Utilities
- Furnishings
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Household supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies
Food is not included. Residents are responsible for their own groceries and personal expenses.

Refund Policy
One-half of prepaid membership fees will be refunded if the prospective resident does not move in for any reason. The $200 move-in fee is nonrefundable.
If membership ends because of a contract breach—such as alcohol or drug use, membership fees more than two weeks late, repeated rule violations, stealing, or disruptive behavior—no refund will be issued for prepaid membership fees or the move-in fee. Membership may be terminated immediately and the resident may be required to leave the property. Personal items left at the residence will be removed and discarded after 14 days.
